Sprawling and modern residential buildings, shopping mall and offices are coming up in metropolitan
cities. Sewage Treatment is the need of the day as it is the simplest & convenient way of treatment for
recycling and reuse of precious water. Sewage generation has also increased in this modernized world.
The sewage must be treated and disposed of to avoid water and soil pollution matter. Due to large
quantity of sewage produced, the age-old system of septic tanks and soak pits is not effective.

WE PROVIDE
OUR SAVAGE TREATMENT PLANTS

MOVING BED BIO REACTOR (MBBR)

MEMBRANE BIO REACTOR (MBR)

CONVENTIONAL SURFACE AND DIFFUSED AERATION
STP Process Flow
Step-by-step sewage treatment process for efficient wastewater management
Collection, Screening & Grit Removal
Raw sewage is collected and passed through screens to remove floating debris. Grit and sand are removed to protect pumps and mechanical equipment.
Primary Treatment
Wastewater enters the primary settling tank where heavier suspended solids settle as sludge and lighter materials are removed from the surface.
Secondary (Biological) Treatment
Biological treatment removes dissolved organic matter using microorganisms through processes such as MBBR or Activated Sludge.
Secondary Clarification
Treated water is clarified to separate biological sludge. Part of the sludge is recycled and excess sludge is removed.
Treated Water Reuse
Treated water from the STP can be reused for gardening, landscaping, toilet flushing, cooling towers, and industrial utilities, helping reduce freshwater consumption.
